  • Delivery Timings/Process: Pre order now to guarantee your purchase and enjoy early access. Your pre-order item will be shipped as soon as orders are filled, please note that this may take up to a few weeks. In addition, processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or promotional periods. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may affect delivery times.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number.
  • Returns: Customers are responsible for covering initial cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • All tags must be attached.
